1.1. AdLens provides access to a software interface that integrates, customizes, and orchestrates third-party technologies, including language models, neural networks, cloud infrastructure, and multimodal AI solutions (together, "Third-Party AI Providers" or "External AI Models").

1.2. The service is an interface and enhancement layer designed to optimize work with Third-Party AI Providers, including text, visual, search, and multimodal AI systems operated by international technology providers.

1.3. We do not create or own the underlying Third-Party AI Models. We integrate, customize, and provide technical access to them through the AdLens service.

2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account credentials secure.

2.2. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload, submit, or link any videos, images, text, prompts, advertising materials, brand assets, or other content processed through the service.

2.3. You must not use the service to submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, violate advertising platform rules, or disclose confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

2.4. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any output, analysis, recommendation, score, benchmark, or prediction generated through the service.

3.1. The website, services, and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for your specific business needs.

3.2. You acknowledge that AI systems may generate incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated information ("hallucinations"). You must independently verify any output before relying on it, especially in legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact contexts.

3.3. We are not responsible for downtime, delays, API failures, pricing changes, access restrictions, model behavior changes, or other technical issues caused by Third-Party AI Providers, cloud infrastructure, or external platforms.

3.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

4.1. All rights in the website interface, design, source code, service structure, custom workflows, and automation scripts belong to us or are used by us under lawful authorization.

4.2. Rights in the underlying Third-Party AI Models belong to their respective owners and providers.

4.3. Rights in content you submit remain with you or the relevant rights holder, subject to the permissions needed for us and our providers to process that content and provide the service.

4.4. Rights in generated outputs may be subject to the applicable terms of the relevant Third-Party AI Providers and applicable law.

4.5. You may not use service outputs, API behavior, internal scoring structures, or analysis logic to build, train, or improve AI models that compete with AdLens or Third-Party AI Providers.

5.1. These Terms and your use of the service are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply under the laws of your place of residence.

5.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

6.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published on the website, unless the updated version states otherwise.

6.2. The revision date shown at the top of this page identifies the most recent published version. Material changes will be described clearly where required by applicable law.
